Our Vision & Mission

My Intent:

To elevate relationships and teach servers to interact with your community’s customers so residents thrive, servers prosper and communities are profitable.  Servers learn to relate to people of differing ages and cultures.  As servers gain competencies and become part of the organization’s plan for success they feel appreciated and find meaning in their work. Resident satisfaction increases, staff turnover decreases.  Staff are proud of their work and their organization.

Higher Standards Vision:

Providing a universal platform for committed providers to ensure dining in senior living communities is a social, joyful, respectful, healthful, and prosperous quality experience for all.

Higher Standards Mission:

By providing quality education and training, our client’s and their staff  navigate service transformation smoothly, joyfully, and profitably.  We teach people to grow in both personal and professional skills; to become more caring, competent, responsible citizens who value their role as a server and strive to achieve higher service standards.

Educating people to prosper, companies to profit.

Kind Dining Mission:

Through a culture of dignity and respect, we educate, train and inspire those who serve meals in communities to elevate relationships so they all may thrive.
